I promise to ensure through my foundation in Côte d’Ivoire that members of the Ivorian government with all the resources at their disposal keep their legal obligations vis-à-vis of the armed forces and security, pay bonuses and salaries in a completely regular manner.

If the soldier is hungry the minister and the general who directs him must be hungry too.

This kind of thing happening in Ivory Coast is not normal.
