– Proverbs 3:27-28
My beloved brothers and sisters, i was contacted today by someone that I assume is one of your emissaries.
Following this I would like to sincerely thank the people responsible for this positive gesture.
I want these people, whoever they are, to be assured of my openness to discuss with your emissary and of my good will to resolve our affairs in the best way possible.
Nonetheless based on precedents that no one can deny… I want everyone to acknowledge that some meetings were organized in the past only to reveal themselves later to be inconclusive. Even this morning I was victim of some offensive actions against my person until I decided to do something about it, otherwise right now I would still be suffering from the effects of these offensive actions…
Therefore until this affair is really concluded, i will continue to exercise all my powers in order to bring the conclusion that we all seek in the best of my abilities.
Hopefully what I am saying is understandable.
It is my greatest hope that we are going to solve everything in the best delays.
A driving license was earned by me while I was staying in the neighborhood of Yopougon after so many trials,…
Therefore as your Leader I demand that this certificate serves the purpose it might be required in our affairs.
May the Creator bless and protect you.
