Text transcript :
My beloved brothers and sisters, before we were born, Jesus Christ, the holy messenger of the Christian faith, was brought to trial.
His judges did not find any reason to punish him but he was nonetheless crucified in order to satisfy the political interests of some.
Today all of us around the world, we do not seek to partake in the sins of the few, we are offered by The Most High God a opportunity to rectify our mistakes of the past so that through the body of Christ, the holy Church, we may enjoy a better future than the now proven damned future of our ancestors.
As your Leader I am praying the immortal and divine advocates of the Lord to assist my person during these important times of trials and tribulations.
“Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.
– Exodus 23:6

As your Leader I am praying for the guidance of the holy spirit and Jesus Christ in establishing my steps :
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus
– Romans 8:1

1 – Many charges and accusations were arbitrarily brought against Jesus Christ when he was in the Sanhedrin :
# And the chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put him to death; and found none. For many bare false witness against him, but their witness agreed not together. And there arose certain, and bare false witness against him, saying, We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands. But neither so did their witness agree together.
– Mark 14:55–59
The word of God says ….
“You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
– Deuteronomy 5:20
“You shall not spread a false report. You shall not join hands with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.
– Exodus 23:1
There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.
– Proverbs 6:16-19
The Lord will establish you as a people holy to himself, as he has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in his ways.
– Deuteronomy 28:9
“You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor.
– Leviticus 19:15
You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.
– Leviticus 19:18
One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.
– Deuteronomy 19:15
Therefore the accusation against Jesus is clearly indicated to be a lie and should not be considered. Additionally the witness is alone and the law requires at least 2 witnesses claiming the exact same thing in order to prosecute an individual.
The chief priests and all the council who are trying to put Jesus to death during this trial do not respect the law themselves and are unholy in the sight of the lord. They are not qualified to be interpreters of the word of God and pronounce judgements, their sentence and all the charges that they use in the trial of Jesus can not be considered as accurate or valid.
# And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?
But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.
Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.
What think ye? They answered and said, He is guilty of death.
– Matthew 26:62-66
Here the statement made by Jesus according to the scriptures in the gospels does not state a “yes” or a “I am the son of God”. In his answer he simply speaks of : the son of man.
During his life many times Jesus was proclaimed by others to be the son of God, divinity made flesh, and these people include the Most High God himself, Angels coming from heaven and prophets but when asked during the trial if he was the son of God Jesus do not do so. Even if he decides to do so he would be justified by the higher authority of God and it would not be a blasphemy :
While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”
– Matthew 17:5
“He will be called great and will be called the Son of the Most High.”
– Luke 1:32
“…therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God.”
– Luke 1:35
“And demons also came out of many, crying, ‘You are the Son of God!’ But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ.”
– Luke 4:41
“And whenever the unclean spirits saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, ‘You are the Son of God.’”
– Mark 3:11
“And I have seen and have borne witness that this is the Son of God.”
– John 1:34
# According to the law, the people who make false testimonies against Jesus Christ are to receive themselves the same sentence and punishment that they intended for him…
If a malicious witness takes the stand to accuse someone of a crime, the two people involved in the dispute must stand in the presence of the Lord before the priests and the judges who are in office at the time. The judges must make a thorough investigation, and if the witness proves to be a liar, giving false testimony against a fellow Israelite, then do to the false witness as that witness intended to do to the other party. You must purge the evil from among you.
– Deuteronomy 19:16-19
=> I order and affirm that based on the accusations against Jesus Christ in this trial being false, the incredibility of the court and the accusers, all the charges against Jesus Christ are void and he is declared not guilty. The legal case against Jesus Christ has to be immediately dismissed without any further prosecution against him and the proper compensation for all the physical, moral and mental damages done to his person and to his relatives must be given to him.
2. Many charges and accusations were arbitrarily brought against Jesus Christ when he was in the Pontius Pilate court :
# Judas a key witness in the legal case against Jesus was prevented by the chief priests and elders. Judas also confessed the innocence of Jesus Christ :
Then Judas, which had betrayeth him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
– Matthew 27:3-4
Here the chief priests and elders are guilty of dissuading a witness :
You shall not be partial in judgment. You shall hear the small and the great alike. You shall not be intimidated by anyone, for the judgment is God’s. And the case that is too hard for you, you shall bring to me, and I will hear it.’
– Deuteronomy 1:17
# During the trial of Jesus his fate was opposed to the one of a man named Barabbas. Jesus was accused of blasphemy but on the other hand Barabbas was accused of murder and seddition against the Romans :
And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound with them that had made insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection.
– Mark 15:7
Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?
For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.
– Matthew 27:17-18
But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.
– Matthew 27:20
Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him.
– Mark 15:14
When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
– Matthew 27:24
According to Roman law Barabbas is not to be released because his crime is directly committed against the Roman empire while Jesus crime is against the Jews.
The reason why he was released was because of the pressure and sollicitations of the Jews chief priests and elders who refused Pontius Pilate choice which was to release Jesus.
It was not based on the discernment of Pontius Pilate as a judge nor was it his own will. Therefore this decision by coercion and the actions of the Jews chief priests and elders is in direct violation of the bible laws :
Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.
– Romans 13:1-2
“Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd,
– Exodus 23:2-3
# Jesus was prosecuted for claiming to be the king of jews but he was exonerated by the judge :
And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it.
Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man.
– Luke 23:3-4
# Pilate’s wife had a dream telling her that Jesus is innocent and she sends a message to her husband about this :
When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.
– Matthew 27:19
# During his trials Jesus is subject to torture physically and mentally while being interrogated :
The men who were guarding Jesus began mocking and beating him. They blindfolded him and demanded, “Prophesy! Who hit you?” And they said many other insulting things to him.
– Luke 22:63-65
Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands,
– Matthew 26:67
And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate.
– Luke 23:11
Any statement made or information provided under torture is inherently unreliable, as it is not given freely. Therefore any confession made by Jesus in these conditions is invalid and void.
When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent.
– Proverbs 10:19
# According to the law a innocent should not be put to death and the people who lead Jesus Christ to his death are not to be acquitted by God…
Have nothing to do with a false charge and do not put an innocent or honest person to death, for I will not acquit the guilty.
– Exodus 23:7
=> I order and affirm that based on the accusations against Jesus Christ in this trial being false, the incredibility of the court and the accusers, the exoneration of Jesus, the conditions of his trial, all the charges against Jesus Christ are void and he is declared not guilty. The legal case against Jesus Christ has to be immediately dismissed without any further prosecution against him and the proper compensation for all the physical, moral and mental damages done to his person and to his relatives must be given to him.
